Entry Forms must be submitted to The Miami Herald no later than 3:00 p.m. Our offices will be accepting applications starting on Wednesday, January 23 to ensure complete applications are submitted accurately. Incomplete applications will be disqualified immediately.

Miami-Dade: Wednesday, March 26, 2008, Sheraton Mart Miami
